For an almond and berry baklava you need to follow exactly the same baklava recipe along with some chopped almonds and a dash of berry syrup. If you follow the recipe precisely you will be amazed to see your baklava to be as good as the baklava which is available in the baklava factory.

You would need a Phyllo dough which you must cover with a damp kitchen towel and let it rest. Roll out a sheet of the dough and place it on a baking tray. Brush the dough with butter and place another sheet on top of it. Continue this 8 times. Now mix the roasted almonds and berry syrup together and sprinkle on top of the sheets and repeat the sheet process again. Now you can cut the baklava into desirable shape and let it bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes remove from oven and let it cool. You would be amazed to see your perfect Mediterranean baklava dessert in front of your eyes.
